The Repair-Operational Association «REO«Service» LLC is the management company of the First City Business-Incubator in St.-Petersburg.

For today this private company, which manage the State Business-Incubator, is the first and unique. It is really great experience.

«REO«Service» LLC is the founder of non-commercial partnership «Institutes of Small and Middle Business Development», the full member of the Guild of Managers and Developers, a member of the Commercial and Industrial Chamber of St.-Petersburg.

«REO«Service» LLC was established in 1998. Since that time it has being worked as the repair‑operational holding.

The directions of company activity are follows: the development, operation and maintenance service of commercial and inhabited real estate, the construction and engineering networks and the building of boiler-houses «on a turn-key basis».

Since 1999 it is the confidential city properties manager of «Crystal» Business Centre (14 thousand sq.m). The complete renovation and rearrangement were made in the building. The infrastructure was absolutely restored and modernized. The adjoining territory was improved. «Crystal» is filled by renters and works in a business centre mode. Two conference complexes were equipped with the equipment for activity with various levels of sophistication.

A part of the Business Center areas is occupied by the First City Business-Incubator.

About ten years «REO«Service» LLC is engaged in management and operation with the commercial real estate. We consider that our specialization is the objects in bad condition which need urgent and complete renovation.
