During the first year Business-Incubator’s enterprises pay only 25 percent of the specified rent rate. It makes 227,5 Roubles per month.

During the second year they pay for the rent not more than 40 percent of the specified rent rate. It makes 364 Roubles per month.

During the third year they pay 80 percent. It makes 782 Roubles per month.

The maximum term of granting in rent Business-Incubator premises is 3 years. Offices are available from 20 sq.m upwards.
