The First City Business Incubator is a unique business, information and creative environment for the successful development of innovative business of residents.

The First City Business-Incubator was founded in 2006 by the Administration of Saint-Petersburg with co-operation of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation. It is a support project which helps to develop small innovative high technology business in Saint-Petersburg.

The First City Business-Incubator provides a wide range of services.  Companies – residents  get a fully equipped office space, administrative and consulting support, take a part in educational programs and others.

The First City Business-Incubator located in «Crystal» Business Centre. It has a modern infrastructure, protected parking, access control system, automatic fire control system, cargo and passenger lifts. There are two equipped conference complex for activity with various levels of sophistication.

• Creation of a comprehensive support system for the small enterprises, including dataware, services providing, staff training and retraining, finance and economic protection of the business activity with various forms and sources of funds;
• Assistance to products promotion on the market, including marketing, advertising  and exhibition  activity
