The First Saint-Petersburg business incubator was established by the Administration of Saint-Petersburg (Decree № 1425 from 22.11.2006) with co-operation of the Ministry for Economic Development of the Russian Federation. It is a support project for small innovative high technology business in Saint-Petersburg.

The First Saint-Petersburg business incubator is located in «Crystal» Business Centre at the address: 37A, Sedova street. The building has been completely renovated. The infrastructure is modernized. This Business Centre has a protected parking, access control system, automatic fire control system, cargo and passenger lifts. There are two equipped conference complex for activity with various levels of sophistication.

The total Business-Incubator area in the building is 3200 sq.m., including  office areas of 2784.22 sq.m.

The basic monthly rent, including maintenance service, operation and the package of services is based on 26 conventional units per sq.m. (1 c.u. is equal to 35 Rubles) per month.  It is equal to 910 Roubles.

During the first year Business-Incubator’s enterprises pay only 25 percent of the specified rent rate. It is equal to 227,5 Roubles per month.

During the second year they pay not more than 40 percent of the specified rent rate.
It is equal to 364 Roubles per month.

During the third year they pay 80 percent.
It is equal to 782 Roubles per month.

*the remaining sum is paid from the city budget.

Business-Incubator premises may be rented for a maximum of 3 years.
Offices are available from 20 sq.m upwards.
