If you are a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur you may obtain a resident status of the First Saint-Petersburg Business Incubator. To become a resident of the business incubator you should go through the screening process, which includes the following steps.

Step 1. Requirements for participants

Check that the company comply with the following requirements:

1. The company must be registered not more than 1 year (you must register a legal entity or individual entrepreneurship)
2. The company must engage in innovative activities

Now in the business incubator there are companies engaged in innovation activity in information technology, industrial, manufacturing, instrumentation, education, energy-saving technologies and other spheres.

Companies not admitted to screening process:

• financial and insurance services;
• retail / wholesale trade;
• construction;
• lawyers, notaries;
• services;
• medical services;
• catering;
• real estate;
• manufacture of excisable goods;
• production and sale of minerals;
• gambling.

Step 2. Filing an application

Provide the following documents to the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade (CEDIPT) (16 Voznesenskiy Pr.):

1. Written application in the form approved by the Committee to grant a rent of the property;
2. Annex to application;
3. A copy of state registration of subjects of small business, certified by signature of the head and the seal of the organization;
4. copy of the charter of the subject of small business (for legal entities), certified by signature of the general director and the seal of the organization;
5. copy of the foundation agreement (Decision on the establishment) of a small business (for legal entities), certified by signature of the general director and the seal of the organization;
6. copy of the certificate of registration with the tax authority at the location of the organization (PTN), certified by signature of the general director and the seal of the organization;
7. copy of an extract from the register, which contains information about the main activity;
8. business plan in any form containing the following main parts:
   • Plan and development strategy of the company;
   • marketing plan;
   • financial plan.
9. inventory of the documents submitted in two copies, signed by an authorized representative of the applicant.

Step 3. Apply to the First Saint-Petersburg Business Incubator

After a positive decision on the passage of the screening process the company should provide documents to the  First Saint-Petersburg business incubator within 10 days, choose an appropriate office and sign the Agreement.

Step 4. Choose the office

You can preview the available office spaces.

To do this you shoul come to the First Saint-Petersburg business incubator (located at St. Petersburg, 37A Sedova, business center “Crystal”).

The business incubator offers office space from 10 to 118 square meters.  All offices have a different layout, some consist of several premises. Offices are located on different floors. Each office is equipped with air-conditioning system.

1 sq. m. meters equipped space in a business incubator, including all services, costs 910 rubles. a month.

• First year residents pay only 25% of this amount – 227.5 rubles. per 1 sq. m. meters on a monthly basis.
• In the second year – no more than 40% – 364 rubles. per 1 sq. m.  on a monthly basis.
• In the third year – no more than 80% – 728 rubles per 1 sq. m.  on a monthly basis.

Residents of the business incubator get:

• Final finishing office space equipped with air-conditioning system;
• Each work place in incubator provides with computer, office equipment and furniture;
• Phone;
• Access to the Internet;
• Licensed software;
• Collective access to the telephone, fax, scanner, copier, color printer.
